TWO WORDS THAT WE SAY ALMOST EVERYDAY ON TWO ENDS OF THE SPECTRUM. A heartfelt "Thank You" or SAYING "THANKS" JUST TO SAY IT AND BE POLITE, AND ON THE OPPOSITE END, REALLY MEANING IT WITH YOUR ENTIRE HEART.
Today, I'm thanking you, my loyal readers. Thank you for clicking, thank you for reading, thank you for caring. And I mean this with my entire heart, which I temporarily got so I could say this with meaning, and after you're done reading this, it will be gone again—don't worry!
It's been about a year since this project went public and I am so happy with the work, progress, and growth that I've seen. Because TBH, I've been at this for a long time. And by 'this' I mean blogging, writing, or whatever you call this. And by 'long time' I mean like almost a decade. Today, I'm happy to say that I've arrived at a place where I'm very happy with the end product.
Every post, old and new, has been rethought and revamped to reflect a stronger focus on style and the standard I've set for this site. Sometimes I wish I started this three years ago, when J-Slay, among many other friends, told me that I should do this. But like my friend Daisy said, "It's better later than never." But like everything in life, there's a time when it is so clearly meant to be, and right now, I think I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
